Incitefulxyz lets you upload a citation for a paper, and it will point you to connected papers that where not referenced. Basically, it helps you spot the "blind spots" of the papers authors.
Another way to use Inciteful is to upload two seemingly unconnected papers. It will then find the links between these papers. I have not had a need for this function yet, but I can imagine it being useful when writing a dissertation.
